3-Month Teacher Team Development Container

By purchasing this package, you agree to the following:

What’s Included:

• One (1) 2-hour group training per month, scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time, focused on skills most relevant to your teaching team.
• Two (2) class visits per month, each followed by a 30-minute individualized feedback session with the teacher. After each feedback session, I will send a follow-up email to the teacher and BCC the studio owner.
• Ongoing asynchronous support: you may email me or send WhatsApp messages with professional studio-related questions, insights, or requests for guidance. I am available Monday–Friday and typically respond within 48 business hours.

Scheduling:
We will work together to schedule all sessions at commonly agreed-upon times. The package is designed to be used within 3 months; however, you will have up to 9 months from your purchase date to complete all included sessions. Any unused sessions after 9 months will expire.

Rescheduling:
Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice may be forfeited. If notice is given in advance, we will reschedule once at a mutually agreed-upon time.

Cancellation by Provider:
While I never intend to cancel confirmed sessions, if I do for reasons such as illness or travel, I will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to reschedule the session at a mutually agreed-upon time. No sessions will be forfeited due to provider cancellations.

Understanding for Emergencies:
We understand that occasionally unforeseen emergencies may arise for either party. These include serious illness or injury, family emergencies, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond either party’s control. In such cases, flexibility and open communication will guide rescheduling or adjustments.

Payments:
The first payment must be completed before the start of the first session. All payments must be completed within 3 months of your purchase date.

Refunds:
All sales are final. No refunds will be provided.

Boundaries for Support:
Support between sessions is available only for professional studio-related topics. WhatsApp and email are not intended for personal coaching or unrelated conversations.

Confidentiality / Privacy:
All communications, feedback, and materials shared as part of this package are intended for internal use by the studio and its teachers. Any information regarding teachers’ performance or studio strategies should be treated as confidential.

Liability / Scope:
With 12+ years of experience in the yoga industry, I’m here to share guidance, feedback, and support to help your teaching team thrive. Together, we can set your studio up for success, though factors like student attendance, retention, and revenue ultimately depend on the studio’s ongoing efforts.
