By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following terms set by Tesni Yoga LLC:

Refund Policy
We’re deeply committed to your success and the experience we provide inside every Tesni program. When you enroll, we ask that you come with that same level of commitment. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Access & Session Details
You’ll have 6 months from your purchase date to use your 1:1 sessions. Any unused sessions after this time will expire.

Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited.

Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan, you are committing to the full program investment. Payment plans are offered for your convenience and are not subscriptions that can be canceled.

By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full.

Important Notes
– All content is for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes
– Enrollment is non-transferable
– A reliable internet connection and a video-capable device are required
– This program provides guidance, tools, and support, but results depend on your participation and no specific outcomes are guaranteed

– By enrolling, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes and to reach out directly to resolve any concerns.
